After 36 very rewarding years at Team Industrial Services, the decision was made to change direction. I formed an advisory firm to assist investors looking for opportunities in the in the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) sector - either platform or add-on opportunities. I spent the last years with Team as Vice President, Corporate Development, and in that role I developed relationships with numerous investment bankers and M&A advisory firms. Those relationships coupled with the network of industry contacts in the TICC sector make me uniquely qualified to advise potential investors looking for the right deal. Today I support strategic and financial buyers as they seek to close high value, high impact transactions in the sector. 

There is no shortage of deals to be made today, and there is no shortage of money chasing those deals. But, do you realize that between 70 and 90 percent of all acquisitions fail?
